Introduction of Bag Dust Collector
The bag filter is a dry dust filter. After the filter material is used for a period of time, due to the effects of screening, collision, retention, diffusion, static electricity, etc., a layer of dust is accumulated on the surface of the filter bag. This layer of dust is called the primary layer. In the subsequent movement process, the primary layer becomes the main filter layer of the filter material. Depending on the role of the primary layer, the filter material with larger mesh can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector will increase correspondingly. When the pressure difference on both sides of the filter material is large, some fine dust particles that have been attached to the filter material will be squeezed away, which will reduce the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, it is necessary to clean the dust in time. The initial layer shall not be damaged during ash removal to avoid efficiency reduction.

Feature of Bag Dust Collector
1. The dust removal efficiency is high, generally more than 99%. The dust concentration at the outlet of the dust remover is within tens of mg/m3. It has a high classification efficiency for fine dust with sub-micron particle size.
2. The range of processing air volume is wide, ranging from only a few m3 per minute to tens of thousands of m3 per minute. It can be used for dust removal of industrial furnace flue gas and reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants.
3. Simple structure, convenient maintenance and operation.
4. On the premise of ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost is lower than that of the electrostatic precipitator.
5. When glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84 and other high-temperature resistant filter materials are used, they can operate at high temperature above 200 ℃.
6. It is not sensitive to the characteristics of dust and is not affected by dust and resistance.

Working principle of Bag Dust Collector

When the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet pipe at the lower part of the dust collector and the deflector, due to the impact of the deflector and the reduction of the gas velocity, the coarse dust will fall into the ash hopper, and the remaining fine dust will enter the filter bag room with the gas. Due to the inertia, diffusion, barrier, hook, static and other effects of the filter material fiber and fabric, the dust will be blocked in the filter bag, and the purified gas will escape from the bag and be discharged through the exhaust pipe. The dust on the filter bag is removed by gas backwashing method, and the dust removed is discharged to the ash hopper and discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash discharge valve. The dust on the filter bag can also be removed by injecting pulse air flow to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The dust removed is discharged by the ash removal device.
