4. The electromagnetic vibration feeder can use the material trough made of suitable plates, which can be used to transport materials with high temperature, serious wear and corrosive materials.

Working principle of Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder

The electromagnetic vibration feeder is a relatively complete elastic system with double-particle directional forced vibration. The whole system works in a low critical resonance state. The electromagnetic vibration exciter is mainly used to drive the tank body to vibrate with a certain angle of inclination to make the material move along the tank. In the positive half of the alternating current, the pulsating current flows through the coil, generating a pulsating electromagnetic attraction between the iron core and the armature, causing the slot to move backward, causing the main spring of the exciter to deform and store potential energy; In the negative half cycle, there is no current passing through the coil, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature is separated from the electromagnet under the action of the spring force to make the feed trough move forward, so that the feed trough continuously vibrates with the frequency of AC power supply.
