The processed ore is tungsten ore, the grade of WO3 is about 7%; the upper limit of the ore feed size is less than or equal to 200mm; the hardness is medium hardness; the mud and water content of the ore are both less than 6%; because the particles above 1mm contain undissociated particles Tungsten ore, so the ore grinding fineness is -1mm.

Crushing stage: After the mined ore is transported to the beneficiation plant, it is stacked in the raw ore storage yard, and is fed to the raw ore warehouse by the loader. The ore is fed from the original ore bin to the jaw crusher by the trough feeder, and the final product size is less than or equal to 25mm. The crushed ore is conveyed to the powder ore yard with a belt;

Grinding and gravity separation stage: the ore is fed into the rod mill by the belt conveyor, and the rod mill products are given priority to pass through the jig, so that the large particle tungsten ore is preferentially re-selected to obtain qualified grade ore, and then the tungsten ore after jigging The spiral classifier is used for classification. Those with qualified particle size will enter the reselection stage, and those with coarse particle size will return to the rod mill to continue grinding;

The qualified products for grinding are transported by the pump to the continuous hydraulic classifier, and the fine mud in the slurry is separated and re-selected with a shaker; the continuous hydraulic classification underflow goes to the top part of the spiral chute and enters the first set of spiral chute for rough separation. The concentrate enters the shaker for selection, and the medium ore returns to the spiral classifier to continue grading and grinding, so that the tungsten ore that has not been separated continues to dissociate, and the tailings enter the second set of spiral chutes. The concentrates of the two groups of chutes are selected by the shaker, the middle ore is transported by the pump to the spiral classifier, the tailings are dewatered by the dewatering screen, and the dewatered tailings are pulled away by the transport truck. After the sieve water is settled in the sedimentation tank, it returns to the system.
