The crushing mechanism of the hydraulic counter roll crusher is composed of a pair of parallel and horizontally mounted cylindrical rollers. When the two roller seats rotate in opposite directions, the materials added into the feeding mouth fall on the roller under the action of the friction force on the surface of the roller and its own gravity. The material is pulled into the space between two rotating rolls, and is impacted, sheared and rubbed by the rollers. When these forces are greater than the cohesive force between object lattices, the material will break into small pieces to achieve the purpose of crushing. The crushed material is pushed out by the rotating roller and unloaded downward.
