Introduction of Spiral Chute

The spiral chute is a gravity separation equipment that uses the inertial centrifugal force generated by the slurry in the spiral rotation movement to realize the separation of light and heavy minerals. It is applicable to the separation of iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorite, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore and other non-ferrous metal, rare metal and non-metallic mineral bodies with specific gravity differences of 0.3 to 0.02 mm.

Structure Features of Spiral Chute
1. Glass-reinforced plastic spiral chute dressing is composed of glass-reinforced plastic spiral blades. According to different processing capacity, the screw set can be made into different layers, that is, single head, double head, three head and four head structure.
2. The cross section of the spiral chute is a cubic parabola, which can improve its performance. The variation of curve operation is especially suitable for the selection of fine grain materials.
3. The spiral chute is simple in structure and usage, which also has anti-corrosion function. In use, it is not easy to be corroded by minerals. The equipment also has the advantage of strong adaptability, which can adjust the fluctuation of mineral quantity and concentration.

The spiral chute is not critical to the operation requirements (such as the ore size, mass fraction, etc.), even if the ore supply, ore concentration, ore size and ore grade change, there is almost no influence on the selection index, and it has strong adaptability.
4. The treatment effect is good. The spiral chute is not only easy to operate, but also achieves a good treatment effect. It is characterized by stable ore dressing, clear ore separation, large processing capacity, high efficiency, and high enrichment ratio.

The ore slurry naturally swirls from high to low, producing an inertial centrifugal force in the rotating slope flow rate. According to the difference in the specific gravity, particle size and shape of the ore sand, the ore and sand are separated by the gravity and centrifugal force of the swirling flow. The concentrate flows into the concentrate bucket and is connected with the pipe, and the tailings flow into the tailings bucket and connected with the sand tank through the pipe, and then discharged by the sand pump, completing the whole process of beneficiation.
