Working principle of Wet Pan Mill

Wheel-driven grinding mode is adopted: first, the motor drives the power to the reducer, and under the drive of the reducer, the torque is transmitted to the upper horizontal shaft through the large vertical shaft, and then to the grinding wheel through the pull rods installed at both ends of the horizontal shaft, so that the grinding wheel generates driving force and rotates counterclockwise along the horizontal direction of the horizontal shaft; When working, the grinding wheel can not only revolve around the vertical axis of the wet mill, but also revolve around the central axis of the grinding wheel. The grinding plate is fixed. The added ore materials in the mill are subjected to the extrusion pressure caused by the weight of the grinding wheel itself, and the huge friction force generated by the grinding wheel and the grinding plate during the revolution and rotation of the grinding wheel, and are thoroughly crushed after repeated extrusion, rubbing and grinding.
