Introduction of Dewatering screen
The high frequency dewatering screen has a reasonable structure and is unique and novel. The vibrating motor is used as the excitation source, and the material is thrown to achieve the purpose of screening treatment. It is mainly used for grading and dewatering of fine or small materials and coal slime recovery, especially for coal slime dehydration in front of the plate-and-frame filter press system.

Features of of Dewatering screen
1. The double vibration motor is used to excite the vibration, and the structure is firm and compact, which overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional eccentric vibrator, such as large structure, oil leakage, large wear, large noise, and inconvenient maintenance.
2. Wear-resistant rubber is adhered to the side shield to ensure that the dewatering screen will not be deformed and cracked due to wear, and reduce the pollution of iron to materials.
3. The screen uses the embedded wear-resistant polyurethane composite screen, which avoids the direct collision between the metal frame of the screen and the ore, reduces the noise and reduces the thickness of the metal screen.
4. The damping device adopts rubber damping column, which is very suitable for wet working conditions, and it is both damping and durable.
5. The side opening of the screen plate is adopted to allow some water to flow out of the hole quickly, which accelerates the dehydration speed and avoids the damage caused by water splashing on the motor.

Working principle of Dewatering screen

High-frequency dewatering screen is different from common belt coupling drive mode, and special vibration exciter is adopted. The motion trajectory is very stable and reliable. When the two motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the vibration force generated by the eccentric block counteracts in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor and overlaps in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two shafts have an inclination in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the vibration force and the self-gravity of the material, the material on the screen surface moves forward in a continuous leaping manner. In the process of meeting the screen surface, the material and water smaller than the screen hole will penetrate the screen surface, so as to realize dehydration, desliming and classification.
