Working principle of Hammer Crusher

Hammer crusher is mainly used to crush materials by impact energy. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the materials enter the crusher chamber evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer impacts and shears the materials, causing the materials to be broken. At the same time, the gravity of the materials themselves makes the materials rush from the high-speed rotating hammer to the baffle plate and screen bar in the frame, and the materials larger than the size of the screen hole remain on the screen plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer, Until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
