Jaw crusher can be used for coarse crushing of iron ore. Cone crusher is used for secondary and tertiary crushing. Through primary crushing, and then through secondary and tertiary crushing, the ore will be crushed to the appropriate size for ball mill feeding. The iron ore is evenly transported to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The crushed material is transported to cone crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing. The crushed material is transported to vibrating screen for screening. The qualified material size is obtained and transported to final product pile by belt conveyor. The unqualified materials are returned to the cone crusher by the vibrating screen for secondary and tertiary crushing.
